
SYDNEY J. AILSTOCK
Sydney J. Ailstock is an associate with Butler, Toweson & Payseno – PLLC, where she has practiced since 2023. In that time, Sydney has developed a very active practice in all aspects of divorce, custody disputes, paternity matters, child support, visitation, spousal support and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has additional litigation experience in Personal Protection Orders [PPOs], small claims, landlord-tenant matters, and general civil matters. Finally, she has served as co-counsel in domestic relations appeals to the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Sydney brings a passionate approach to all her client’s legal needs, instilling confidence in her advice and litigation strategy. She actively engages in all aspects of the litigation process to ensure that she is well-prepared and focused on the important matters at hand.
Sydney is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Kalamazoo County Bar Association.
In her spare time, Sydney enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She resides in the Kalamazoo area with her husband, Nicholas, and their Labrador Retriever.
